We are very proud to have the possibility to receive EU grants to implement our goals within Innovaform to develop it to a better education center.
With this help we learn and develop - not only our staff evolves but the organization itself. Our motivated staff works hard to pass on the acquired skills and knowledge.
Our trainers participated in courses, that allows them to develop their competencies required to assist the organization with achievement of the strategic goals.
1) Developing new, innovative courses in different languages
Necessary skills: gain knowledge about innovative topics and new approaches
Activity: Participating on a training course: Change making educators
2) Develop our on-line counseling system to support learning
Necessary skills: learn new methods applied in counseling, build up a counseling system, that allows the support of our learners. Coaching, training is adequate for adult workers with low-skill to improve their strength in labour market value for better employability.
Activity: Participation on Strength based coaching and guidance training
3)Establish the grounds of our own e-learning system
Necessary skills: learn new approaches and learning material development with the support of ICT
Activity: Get to know innovative educational tools with ICT on a course: Go eLearning
4) Accreditation of our training center, participation in EU projects, project management
Necessary skills: get familiar with existing accreditation systems in the EU, learn project management techniques
Activity: participation on an EU project management course at a professional partner organization
5) Understanding smooth project management in practice
Neccessary skills: Gaining practical knowledge for better implementation of project management techniques
Activity: job-shadowing at a professional partner organization: Naxta S.r.l.
Besides the courses, a job-shadowing was implemented at a professional partner organization for our educational staff member, who is responsible for leading our educational center. It allows an overview of tasks applied methods and procedures for conducting the successful leadership tasks.
All the above actions not only provided answer to the requirements, to assist the newly established organization working its way towards its goals, but also has a positive impact on the overall organizational atmosphere and the individual development paths of all the participants. By adopting working methods and by getting familiar with working in a multicultural environment, developing language competencies , the self-esteem and motivation of our staff members reflects the everyday working processes as well.
